Fecha de inicio: 27/07/2022
Fecha de fin: N/A

Description

Law No. 31532 establishes exceptional measures to support small-scale agricultural producers affected by rising input costs, climate events, pests, and diseases, worsened during the 2021–2022 health and agricultural emergencies. The goal is to ensure continuity of the farming season and promote financial inclusion. To this end, the Agricultural Financial Relief Program (PAFA), managed by AGROBANCO, is implemented. It allows the refinancing of overdue loans for up to 60 months, without capitalizing accrued interest, for producers classified as micro and small enterprises.
