Peru: Modification of the Food Safety Regulations (Supreme Decree No. 0001-2023-MIDAGRI)

This Supreme Decree amends Article 14 of the Food Safety Regulation, approved by Supreme Decree No. 004-2011-AG, in order to update the provisions related to the sanitary management of primary agricultural foodstuffs. This amendment seeks to strengthen the current regulatory framework on food safety, in accordance with the technical and sanitary standards applicable to the agri-food sector.
