Peru: Regulation of Law No. 29736, Law on agricultural productive reconversion (Supreme Decree No. 019-2014-MINAGRI).

Supreme Decree No. 019-2014-MINAGRI approves the Regulation of Law No. 29736, Law of Agricultural Productive Conversion, which regulates the programs and projects of agricultural productive conversion, developed under the framework of the corresponding Law. It also establishes a program of production priorities that determines which crops will be subject to conversion, being replaced by permanent crops according to the potential of the national and international market. To this end, the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation prepares the National Crop Plan, a technical document that provides information on crops of major national importance, production estimates, prices and projections for the following agricultural seasons.
