Peru: Guidelines for the granting of assignment in use contracts for agroforestry systems (Resolution N° 081-2017- SERFOR)

The Resolution N° 081-2017- SERFOR approves the Guidelines for the granting of assignment in use contracts applicable to agroforestry systems, the objective of which is to establish and standardise the technical criteria and administrative procedures for their implementation. This measure seeks to promote the formalisation of agricultural, forestry and livestock activities developed under agroforestry schemes in agroforestry, silvopastoral or recovery production areas, in accordance with the guidelines established by the National Forestry and Wildlife Policy.
