(Supreme Decree No. 002-2020-MINAGRI)Peru: Modification of the Organic Production Certification and Inspection Regulations (Supreme Decree No. 003-2023-MIDAGRI)

This decree amends and incorporates provisions to the Regulation on Certification and Control of Organic Production, approved by Supreme Decree No. 002-2020-MINAGRI. Specifically, it amends subsection 1 of Article 25 and paragraph a) of Article 26 of the aforementioned regulation, in order to strengthen and update the regulatory framework governing the certification and inspection of organic production in the country.
