Peru: Multiannual Sectorial Strategic Plan (PESEM) of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (PCM) 2024-2030

The Presidency of the Council of Ministers (PCM) has competencies in key areas such as the strategic direction of the government, territorial governance, modernization of public management, promotion of competitive markets, ethics in public management and the digital transformation of the country. Within this framework, the preparation of the Multiannual Sector Strategic Plan (PESEM) 2024-2030 was developed through a broad and participatory process. This included technical meetings and workshops with the active participation of the organs and entities attached to the PCM, throughout all phases of the formulation process.
