Peru: Multiannual Sectorial Strategic Plan (PESEM)- MIDIS (2024-2030)

Approved by RM No. 234-2023-MIDIS, it has the following strategic objectives: - OES 1: Improve the physical and emotional conditions that favor early childhood development in girls and boys under 5 years of age in poverty and extreme poverty. - OES 2: To promote that children and adolescents living in poverty remain in and complete their regular basic education. -OES 3: To develop productive skills and strengthen the economic security of young people and adults living in poverty. - OES 4: Strengthen the autonomy of older adults (65 years or older) living in extreme poverty. - OES 5: Reduce the gaps in basic services and infrastructure in rural, dispersed rural and urban areas with population living in poverty. - OES 6: Strengthen the management of the Development and Social Inclusion sector, focusing on results and attention to priority vulnerable populations.
