Description

Colombia's Law 1715 of 2014 regulates the integration of non-conventional renewable energies (FNCER) to the National Energy System. Its main purpose is to establish a legal framework that promotes the use of renewable energy sources, the promotion of investment, research and development of clean technologies for energy production, as well as energy efficiency and demand response, in line with the national energy policy and international commitments to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
