The National Reforestation and Restoration Plan 2023-2024 is a comprehensive initiative of the Dominican Republic Government, led by the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources, which seeks to increase forest cover and restore areas degraded by land use change and forest fires throughout the national territory.
