Legal bases and advances in public policies for climate change adaptation in Venezuela

The document "Legal bases and advances in public policies for climate change adaptation in Venezuela" analyzes the legal framework and obligations of the Venezuelan State regarding climate change adaptation from a human rights approach. This report examines Venezuela's international commitments, the national constitutional and legislative framework, and evaluates progress in the design and implementation of a National Adaptation Plan.
