The Standard "Management System to demonstrate C-neutrality. Requirements" INTE 12-01-06:2011 establishes the criteria and guidelines for organizations seeking to demonstrate carbon neutrality in Costa Rica. It was created as part of the actions to achieve the national goal of carbon neutrality by 2021, establishing an emissions registration system and a local carbon market.
