Description

Technical regulations that establish procedures and requirements for the certification of forest plantations and natural regeneration in Honduras, granting harvesting rights to owners or beneficiaries. This instrument defines the administrative processes for issuing plantation certificates for production or protection purposes, as well as natural regeneration certificates, facilitating sustainable management and recovery of degraded areas. The regulations determine the technical conditions required according to geographic location and the purpose of plantations, prioritizing biodiversity conservation, water, soil, and the country's socioeconomic productivity.
