The Field Data Collection Manual for the National Forest Inventory of Honduras is a technical instrument developed in 2017 that establishes standardized methodologies for the systematic collection of forest information at the national level. This document provides precise tools and protocols for the measurement, monitoring, and evaluation of forest resources in Honduras, contributing to sustainable forest management. Developed with financial support from FAO through the UN-REDD/Honduras Project and technical support from the United States Forest Service, the manual facilitates the implementation of forest policies based on scientific evidence.
