Law No. 11,952: Cadastral regularization of occupations of union lands in the Legal Amazon

Legal framework that establishes standards for the regularization of occupations on lands located in areas of the Union, within the scope of the Brazilian Legal Amazon, through alienation and concession of real right of use of properties. It implements mechanisms to legalize informal occupations and properties, establishing specific criteria for beneficiaries, area limits, resolutive conditions and administrative procedures. It covers both rural and urban areas, offering differentiated conditions according to the size of the occupied area and determining the duties of beneficiaries regarding sustainable land use. It functions as an instrument for territorial planning and sustainable socioeconomic development in the Amazon region.
