Description

The State Lands Regulations of Guyana establish the comprehensive regulatory framework for the management, allocation, and use of state lands in Guyana. These regulations detail the procedures for applying for grants, leases, licenses, or permissions on state lands, as well as the requirements for transfers, mortgages, and renewals of these rights. They include specific provisions for different land uses, such as agriculture, livestock farming, timber extraction, balata collection, and quarrying.
