Description

The Network Access and Sharing Regulation establishes the conditions to promote equal access to telecommunications infrastructure among operators, ensuring that network owners provide non-discriminatory access to other operators. It fosters effective competition, promotes telecommunications sector development, defends users' interests and promotes efficient investment in infrastructure through a regulatory framework that facilitates the sharing of both passive and active infrastructure.
