Fecha de inicio: 24/06/2025
Fecha de fin: N/A

Description

The Special Procedural Regulation establishes the administrative procedure for applying sanctions and pecuniary fines for administrative offenses in forest areas, protected areas, and wildlife in Honduras. It categorizes infractions as minor, less serious, and serious, determining sanctions that include fines, suspension of licenses, damage repair, and possible cancellation of permits in cases of recidivism. The framework contemplates two procedures: an abbreviated (simplified) process for those who accept responsibility and an ordinary procedure for cases of challenge, establishing specific deadlines and mechanisms for each one.
