Description

The purpose of this Regulation is to establish the requirements and procedures for granting legal status to ancestral communes, communities, peoples, and nationalities, as well as to foundations and non-profit organizations belonging to these groups. The Regulation applies to ancestral communes, communities, peoples, and nationalities that are holders of collective rights, in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic and international human rights treaties.
