The purpose of this Regulation is to regulate the application of the Organic Law on Rural Lands and Ancestral Territories, under the principles, purposes, and guidelines of the agrarian land policy, and the rights associated with the ownership of rural land and ancestral territories. This regulation is in Official Register No. 920, Supplement, dated January 11, 2017.
