Description
The law aims to develop a protective framework for individuals and legal entities classified as micro and small enterprises and organizations involved in family farming and the popular and solidarity economy regarding payment terms in their commercial transactions that may generate burdensome contractual conditions, incorporating the legal obligation to pay within fair terms.
