(Es) (Ecuador) Law on incentives for artisanal fishing

This law aims to promote the activities of small-scale fishing and aquaculture producers by creating financial support mechanisms. To this end, it introduces reforms to current regulations that allow for the establishment of permanent credit lines and preferential rates, in order to facilitate access to financing and boost sustainable production in these strategic sectors.
