Description
The Equal Pay Law for Women and Men aims to guarantee equal pay and any other form of economic compensation between men and women for the same work or for work of equal value. This law aims to eradicate discriminatory practices in the workplace and eliminate the gender pay and wage gap. It can be found in the Official Register, Supplement 481, of January 19, 2024.
