(Es) (Ecuador) Reform Law of various legal bodies, for the Strengthening, Protection, Promotion and Promotion of Popular and Solidarity Economy Organizations, Artisans, Small Producers, Microenterprises and Entrepreneurships

The Law aims to develop a special framework for strengthening, protecting, promoting, and fostering organizations in the popular and solidarity economy, artisans, small producers, micro-enterprises, and entrepreneurs, through the expansion of legal incentives that allow these actors equitable access to retail markets with greater distribution capacity, as well as generating fairer commercial relations between the parties involved. The implementation of these tools, measures, and incentives will contribute to the comprehensive development of these actors, thus avoiding potential practices that distort the market, preventing unjustified market barriers, and ensuring compliance with agreed-upon good practices. It will also promote the participation and revitalization of organizations in the popular and solidarity economy, artisans, small producers, micro-enterprises, and entrepreneurs at the local, national, and international levels.
