Organic Law to Promote the Economy of Women Entrepreneurs in Ecuador (2025)

Ecuadorian organic law published on March 10, 2025, in the Third Supplement to Official Gazette No. 758. It establishes financial, fiscal, and social mechanisms to promote women's economic empowerment by improving access to financing, preferential loans, training, advisory services, and market opportunities. It provides economic inclusion measures for formalized and non-formalized women entrepreneurs and promotes equal opportunities nationwide across the public and private sectors. Its multisectoral scope may encompass rural and agrifood activities.
