National Strategy for the Use of Carbon Markets of the Argentine Republic

The National Strategy for the Use of Carbon Markets of the Argentine Republic establishes a common framework for the implementation of carbon markets in the national territory. It proposes nine strategic axes and sixty-three actions to facilitate national and subnational access to climate finance, promote participation in regulated and voluntary markets, and generate non-commercial approaches. This tool seeks to contribute to the fulfillment of Argentina's climate commitments and drive the necessary transition in a context of sustainable development, poverty eradication, and environmental integrity.
