Creation of the National Program for Technological Development and Innovation (PROINNOVATE), based on the National Program for Innovation for Competitiveness and Productivity, which PROINNOVATE merges through absorption as the acquiring entity. PROINNOVATE is located within the Ministry of Production and functionally reports to the Ministerial Office.
