Resolution 186 of 2008 - Registration and Recognition of Agricultural, Forestry, Aquaculture and Fisheries Value Chain Organizations

Resolution of Colombia's Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development partially implementing Law 811 of 2003 and Decree 3800 of 2006 by establishing requirements and procedures for the registration, recognition and cancellation of registration of agricultural, forestry, aquaculture and fisheries value chain organizations. It regulated their composition with public and private representatives, accreditation of members' representativeness, submission of founding documents, internal bylaws, competitiveness agreements and action plans, and indicators for monitoring and evaluating commitments. It also established grounds for cancelling recognition due to non-compliance with registration requirements or reporting obligations. The resolution was expressly repealed by Resolution 000085 of 2024, published on April 4, 2024.
