Action Plan for the Development of the South American Camelid Value Chain to 2030

Sectoral planning instrument approved by Ministerial Resolution No. 008-2024-MIDAGRI to guide the development of the domestic South American camelid value chain in Peru through 2030. The Plan coordinates actions aimed at strengthening primary production, productivity, innovation and technology transfer, technical assistance and capacity development, producer organization, processing and value addition, commercial linkages and market access. It also establishes actions, responsibilities and coordination mechanisms among public institutions, producers and other value-chain actors, together with implementation monitoring, with the objective of improving the competitiveness and development of the South American camelid value chain.
