Description
Amends art. 14 of Law No. 11,947 of June 16, 2009, to include formal and informal groups of women involved in family farming among those with priority in the acquisition of foodstuffs under the National School Feeding Program (PNAE) and to establish that at least 50% (fifty percent) of the family's sales will be made in the woman's name.
