Ordinance Decree No. 094 of 2021 - Creation of the Cundinamarca Agency for Commercialization and Development Innovation (ACIDC)

Departmental Ordinance Decree creating the Cundinamarca Agency for Commercialization and Development Innovation (ACIDC) as a public establishment within the decentralized sector of the Department of Cundinamarca, with legal personality, its own assets, and administrative and financial autonomy, attached to the Secretariat of Competitiveness and Economic Development. The Agency is mandated to promote technology transfer and adoption through plans, programs and projects that contribute to productivity, competitiveness and innovation for the commercialization of goods and services produced in the department, supported by professional advisory services, market promotion and supply, logistics improvement, interinstitutional coordination, and productive and territorial development. Its objectives and functions include adopting and implementing strategic commercialization, innovation and competitiveness plans; strengthening networks and value chains; developing commercialization and market-promotion projects; conducting market-intelligence studies; promoting institutional partnerships and coordination; and supporting competitiveness and innovation projects in Cundinamarca.
