Article 1. Sole paragraph. The Elas Empreendem Strategy, of an intersectoral nature, aims to promote female entrepreneurship as an instrument of inclusion and social and economic development of the country through the articulation and coordination between bodies and entities of the federal public administration, the private sector and civil society.
