The Minha Casa, Minha Vida Program aims to promote the right to the city and housing for families in urban and rural areas, linked to urban, economic, social and cultural development. The program seeks to reduce social and regional inequalities in the country by expanding the supply of housing, especially for the low-income population. It focuses on stimulating the modernization of the housing sector with technological innovation to reduce costs and production times. It integrates aspects of environmental, climate and energy sustainability with improvements in the quality of life of the population.
