Description

This is the first joint action plan that integrates gender and diversity issues for the IDB Group for the period 2022-2025. This instrument translates institutional commitments on gender equality and diversity into concrete actions, establishing specific objectives and priority areas for action. The plan seeks to broaden the impact, scope and depth of the IDBG's work on these issues through four pillars: creating an enabling environment, expanding projects that contribute to gender and diversity, strengthening the focus on results, and refining internal incentive structures. The plan harmonizes the work in the institution's three windows: IDB, IDB Invest and IDB Lab.
