Law No. 20412: Incentive System for Agro-environmental Sustainability of Agricultural Land (SIRSD-S).

State incentive system that seeks to contribute to the agro-environmental sustainability of agricultural soils through a bonus on the net costs of specific activities. The main objectives of the program are the recovery of the productive potential of degraded agricultural soils and the maintenance of the levels of improvement achieved. It is implemented through public competitions administered by INDAP and SAG, benefiting both small and medium-sized agricultural producers. The system includes bonuses for activities such as the incorporation of fertilizers, the establishment of vegetative covers and soil conservation intervention methods.
