Law 40 Approves the Paris-Panama Agreement

Description

National law ratifying the Paris Agreement in Panama, establishing the country's commitment to global climate change objectives. This agreement is part of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change that seeks to keep the global average temperature increase below 2ºC. The law represents Panama's formal adoption of international commitments on climate change.
