Description
To enhance small-scale agriculture through an irrigation promotion program, in accordance with Article 3 (a) of Law No. 18.450, which allows for the subsidization of irrigation projects submitted by small-scale farmers and indigenous. This program aims to ensure the proper allocation of subsidies to irrigation works that promote water efficiency, fostering a fair and sustainable rural development through participatory means.
