Decree No. 11,964: Regulating criteria for priority investment projects in infrastructure and intensive economic production in Brazil.

This decree establishes the criteria and conditions for the classification and monitoring of investment projects considered as priorities in the areas of infrastructure or economic production intensive in research, development and innovation in Brazil. It defines priority sectors, requirements for project classification, and conditions for issuing securities with tax benefits, including "incentivized debentures" and "infrastructure debentures".
