Decree No. 11,498: Expanding incentives for financing infrastructure projects with environmental and social benefits in Brazil

This decree modifies existing regulations to expand incentives for financing infrastructure projects with environmental and social benefits in Brazil. It expands the sectors considered as priorities to include education, health, public safety, prison system, urban parks, conservation units, cultural and sports facilities, and social housing. It establishes limits for resource raising and defines conditions for the application of tax benefits in these new sectors.
