Decree No. 8,874: Priority investment projects in infrastructure and intensive economic production in Brazil

This decree regulates the conditions for approving investment projects considered as priorities in the area of infrastructure or economic production intensive in research, development and innovation in Brazil. It establishes criteria for considering projects as priorities, including those that are subject to concessions, permits, leases, authorizations or public-private partnerships, as well as projects approved by the responsible sector ministries.
