Description
The Framework for Green, Social and Sustainable Sovereign Bonds of Colombia establishes the principles for selection, evaluation, resource management and reporting to investors of projects from the National General Budget associated with thematic bond issuances. This framework, adopted in August 2022, incorporates green and social categories, aligning with Colombia's environmental and social commitments, including the Paris Agreement and the Sustainable Development Goals. It was rated as "advanced" by Moody's ESG Solutions.
