(PERÚ) LEY N° 30035; LEY QUE REGULA EL REPOSITORIO NACIONAL DIGITAL DE CIENCIA, TECNOLOGÍA E INNOVACIÓN DE ACCESO ABIERTO

The Law establishes the regulatory framework for the National Digital Repository of Open Access Science, Technology, and Innovation. Such a Repository consists of a centralized digital site where information resulting from the production in science, technology, and innovation is maintained (books, publications, articles from specialized journals, technical-scientific papers, computer programs, processed data and monitoring statistics, academic theses, and the like). This information is freely and openly accessible, non-profit, and without any registration, subscription, or payment requirements, and is available for reading, downloading, reproducing, distributing, printing, searching, or linking to full texts; taking into account the copyright established in Legislative Decree 822, the Law on Copyright.
