Supreme Decree No. 021-2009-AG – Regulation of the Integrated Agricultural Statistics System (SIEA)

Supreme Decree approving the Regulation of the Integrated Agricultural Statistics System (SIEA), which forms part of Peru's National Statistical System. The Regulation establishes the organization and operation of SIEA and defines agricultural statistical authorities at the national, regional and local levels, together with their roles and coordination mechanisms. It also establishes principles, processes, methods and procedures for the collection, production, integration, standardization, exchange and dissemination of agricultural statistical information in order to improve its quality, consistency, comparability and availability for decision-making and agricultural policy formulation.
