Peru: Regulations for the conceptualization, management, operation and control of the Register of Agricultural Producers and their Organizations in the Value Chains: Supreme Decree No. 0015-2022-MIDAGRI

The purpose of these regulations is to define the mechanisms necessary to conceptualize, manage, operate and supervise the Register of Agricultural Producers and their organizations within the value chains. It also establishes the general rules of procedure for registering agrarian producers and facilitating the exchange of information on their identification and that of their productive units, in order to accurately guide public interventions.
