Normative Instruction No. 51. Brazilian Traceability System for the Bovine and Buffalo Production Chain (SISBOV).

The National Database (BND-SISBOV) is the official computerized system developed and maintained by the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (MAPA). It is used to maintain and control the information necessary for the execution and operationalization of the Operational Norm that establishes the provisional rules for the Brazilian official certification of exports to countries that require individual traceability of cattle and buffaloes.
