Description

This Law creates the Comprehensive Care System for the State of Jalisco, Mexico, understood as a set of actions and measures aimed at the design and implementation of cross-cutting programs and public policies, with a focus on gender, interculturality and intersectionality, in the field of care. This Law recognizes care as a pillar of development and social well-being and seeks to guarantee the recognition, reduction and redistribution of care, as well as dignified conditions for all people involved in care, seeking the development of capacities and aptitudes that favor the functionality of people, their progressive autonomy, their social integration and self-esteem.
