National Programme for Equality between Women and Men 2020-2024.

The National Program for Equality between Women and Men 2020-2024 is a program that seeks to advance substantive equality and non-discrimination of women and girls, based on the National Development Plan 2019-2024 and the international commitments of the Mexican State. The program is based on the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, the General Law for Equality between Women and Men, the Federal Law to Prevent and Eliminate Discrimination, the Law on the National Institute of Women, the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women, the Inter-American Convention on the Prevention of Discrimination against Women, the Inter-American Convention on the Prevention of Discrimination against Discrimination against Women, the Inter-American Convention on the Prevention of Discrimination against Women and the Elimination of Discrimination against Women and the Inter-American Convention on the Prevention of Discrimination against Women and the Inter-American Convention on the Prevention and Prevention of Discrimination against Women (IACHR) Punish and Eradicate Violence against Women in Belém do Pará, among other national and international legal instruments.
