Law No. 21.356 - Establishes gender representation on the boards of directors of public companies and State companies indicated.

The purpose of this Law is to establish quotas for gender representation on the boards of public companies and State companies indicated. In this sense, persons of the same gender may not exceed 60% of the total number of members of the boards of directors of the entities indicated in Article 1.
