National Equal Opportunities Plan – Women Building the New Bolivia for Living Well

National Plan establishing the Bolivian State strategy to promote equal opportunities between women and men and recognize women's contribution to national development. It organizes its actions around six areas: economic, productive and labor rights; education; health; gender-based violence; citizenship and political participation; and institutional strengthening. In the economic and productive sphere, it promotes women's economic autonomy through equitable access to natural and productive resources, land, capital, credit, technology, training, technical assistance and markets, including specific measures to strengthen the participation of rural women and women producers in rural development, production and food security programs.
