Resolution 412 / 2010 Creates the Federal Dairy Council in Argentina

The resolution establishes the creation of the Federal Dairy Council, which will operate under the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries. This Council will have a consultative and non-binding character, with responsibilities that include the generation of strategic proposals, the promotion of regulations for the development of the dairy sector, and the coordination of training programs. It will be made up of representatives of the Ministry and of several Argentine provinces, and will operate on an ad honorem basis without fiscal cost to the National State. In addition, previous resolutions related to the dairy sector are repealed.
