Fecha de inicio: 29/12/2023
Fecha de fin: N/A

Description

Direct productive support is granted annually to small and medium-scale producers who grow corn, beans, sugar cane, coffee, cocoa, cactus, and honey. The support amounts are determined per producer and per hectare, considering the type of crop and the size of the property. The program also contemplates extraordinary support in the event of natural disasters, and promotes equality and inclusion policies, ensuring that at least 28% of the beneficiaries are women and 45% belong to municipalities with indigenous populations. The Technical Support Strategy is a prominent component of the program, designed to facilitate the adoption of agroecological and sustainable practices. This strategy offers training and technical-organizational support to producers, focusing on increasing yields on their farms and strengthening productive linkage services. It is aimed at producers registered in the registry, prioritizing those in territories defined as priority attention zones. The strategy may use up to 3.33% of the budget allocated to the program, subject to budget availability.
